Who manufactures the maps?
All maps are designed and assembled in Ukraine.
What materials are used to create maps?
We use high quality birch plywood. Thickness: 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm.
How do I pay for my order?
When placing an order, you can pay by credit card or PayPal.
How do I nipple up the map?
Our maps can easily be attached to the wall by a special adhesive tape that comes with the map.
How does delivery work?
We carefully pack your map and give it to the post office. In just a few days, the map is delivered!
Do you provide guarantee for the maps? On what terms?
We give a lifetime guarantee for our wooden maps. You need to save the sales receipt and guarantee card.
What is not covered by the guarantee?
Misuse of the map; component damage during deinstallation; force-majeure circumstances; any mechanical damage as the result of falling or use of physical force.
Why does the color of my map differ from its color on the site?
The color depends on the natural texture of the material, so the maps could slightly differ.
Why is there a slight crook on my map?
Wood is a natural material, and depending on the season and temperature it may change its flexure.
What is the price of delivery?
We deliver maps in collaboration with Swiss Post. The price of the delivery depends on the tariffs of the post office.
How long does the delivery take?
After we ship the map (we do it on the same day of purchase or on the next day), it is expected to be delivered in 3-5 days.
Do you have maps of other countries?
For now, we have 5 different kinds of maps of Switzerland.
